I hear, I see, I post: February 2012

Random rabblings

I am suppose to rush and quick study for the one and only paper have. But being the only paper (and at the last day of the month), with heavy and drowning emotions certainly makes it less than idea to study. Right now, at the comfort of my house, with air-con and my favourite cup of tea (not coffee) and of course, aroma therapy (lemongrass and sandalwood) to hopefully make me study. I hate drawing mindmaps, I prefer to memorise and use my own examples to understand the stupid theory and concepts. Now I know I really regret getting into even a business course. It all is so theorised, which means if I’m not interested in any of them, I won’t study. And if I’m really interested, I also will not study them.

Ok, so now I am supposed to learn about retailing. Like the merchandise and whatever stupid boring theories. It is the only paper, and why can’t I even study? Ok, I am in so much trouble.

It is now exactly a week after the last day of the semester. I can dare say the class is one of the more unusual class with the most interesting tutors. Why so? Because I’ve never ever seen tutors who seemed genuine, as if they really care. Perhaps it is only their first semester or so. I have seen tutors who are just here for that 2 hours, pray hard you don’t e-mail me or anything like that. Even if I see you in public, I will not say hi to you type of person. Well, at least they made an effort to show that they care. Also, there are few bitches in the class who are always and forever bitching. Not few. I dare say none qualify as the class bitch. Why is that so? Bitches are cool, fun to be around with. And if you are on the wrong footing with them, expect a torment hell-like treatment from them forever.  What separates bitches from attention seekers is they know that if they bitch about others, others will bitch about them too. AND THEY ARE COOL ABOUT IT AND NOT MAKE A HUGE FUSS OVER THAT. NO BITCH FIGHTS OR ANYTHING LIKE THAT. That’s why bitches are cool. Unless you cannot take any form of critic in your strike.

Of people and revenged, revenge and remising the times

I did not know why I chose such a stupid title for this post. But I’ve not blogged in a long time, which I think now is the best time to do so. Else I’m afraid my blog ads will be stopped.

The last day had arrived. Hours of hard work, the sweat and blood toiled over the 2 semester had been burned, the times spent arguing and fighting and bitching with group mates and classmates. The time had arrived, to understand oneself truly and others.

Of running and evading away from the problem, and not coming with a solution. Of the back-stabbing person. Not forgetting the ones who claimed who they were, and yet, is such a let-down when I needed their help. And those whom I did not take a liking into, till now.

To that whom I’ve thought they were quite alright, but turned out to be such a monster. From those whom I thought can never be loved, till proven otherwise (and is proven). The few whom I pretended to care, those whom I cant be bothered.

Last day of this semester is quite one of extraordinary. Its more like a day to finally break ties. Well, since we are all changing classes next semester, thus it is perfectly alright to give some of them the cold shoulder. Frankly, I don’t really care for that nonsense I’ve put up. Keeping my fingers crossed I shall never be in the same class with them next semester.

New found respect gained, but it comes at such a late moment. The moment too late. Well, be better late than never.

I’m forever un-complacent with my intimate surroundings. But should I really care? Just like I’ve learnt to be emotionless as much as I could. Emotionless, meaning without attachment and feelings to anything. Any person or things. Since the best one could have are the fond memories.

:::Holby City:::

I’ve been catching up with all the fabulous shows airing at BBC iPlayer. Shows including Call the Midwife (starring Miranda Hart as Chummy), Casualty, Holby City and Mrs Brown’s Boys. But with the ever comedic sitcom having it’s finale, life sure is getting to be less boring.

Mrs Brown’s Boys seemed to be at most comedic, with little of entertainment value. The jokes are directed and delivered at Agnes Brown, however, isn’t the show supposed to end its run? It’s getting boring by the episode with the same jokes, ‘that’s nice’ and the squabbling between Agnes and Hilary.
Meanwhile over at Holby City, Ukraine F1, Dr. Petrenko had achieved the highest score for her F1 examination in the region. That puzzled her, as well as Hanssen. Although Holby did get their FT status ultimately after the plastic scandal, and Michael Spence is still being highly regarded by Hanssen. With now the position of clinical lead being open, Michael, I believed will try his best to get the role. And I really hope he get it, even though I hate his American accent. Hoping to CTU, Dr Valentine and Douglas had to cope without Hanssen’s favourite, Naylor and Sahira.

At yet another different Holby, with differing cast members, well, that show can’t be compared to Holby City, but with Charlie being part of the cast, of course, it’s a must watch. If only both cast are the same for both shows, with some interaction between both shows.

Till then, I’m waiting for the new Doctor Who series, and the mind-blowing adventures the Ponds will have with the Doctor. Though I’m sure it’ll be heart breaking seeing our favourite companion, Rory and Amelia having to leave the series. I hope they didn’t die. The Doctor will be sooooo sad.
